Bingetrax Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

"Service" means the Bingetrax IPTV streaming subscription providing access to live TV channels, Video on Demand (VOD), and Electronic Programme Guide (EPG). "You" means the customer or end-user. "We", "us", "our" means Bingetrax.

2. Service Description

Bingetrax provides access to over 42,000 live channels and 230,000+ VOD titles via internet streaming. All content is delivered in HD and true 4K Ultra HD where available. The service requires a stable internet connection with a minimum recommended speed of 25 Mbps for 4K streaming and 10 Mbps for HD. We do not provide internet service, hardware, or VPN. Channel availability and line-up may change without prior notice due to broadcaster agreements and content licensing.

3. Account & Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older to purchase a subscription.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Each subscription is limited to the number of simultaneous connections you have chosen (1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 devices). Sharing your account beyond your plan limit is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension without refund.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• All subscription plans are prepaid for the selected duration: 1, 3, 6, or 12 months.
• All prices are quoted in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe and PayPal. We do not store or have access to your full card details.
• Subscriptions do not auto-renew. You must manually repurchase a new plan before your current plan expires.
• We offer a free 24-hour trial with no payment required.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

• Resell, restream, or rebroadcast any part of our service.
• Use VPNs to abuse server locations or bypass connection limits.
• Share your account credentials publicly or on forums, social media, or file-sharing platforms.
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or overload our servers or network infrastructure.

Violation of these rules will result in immediate account termination without refund.

6. Service Availability & Uptime

We guarantee 99.9% server uptime. We are not responsible for downtime caused by your internet service provider, device configuration, or third-party broadcasters. We provide 24/7 technical support to resolve any service-related issues. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance wherever possible.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the digital nature of IPTV services, all sales are final after activation of your subscription and delivery of login credentials. We strongly encourage you to use our free 24-hour trial to test compatibility and performance before committing to a paid plan. Refunds are only issued if we are unable to deliver the service due to a server fault lasting more than 72 consecutive hours. Please see our full Refund Policy for detailed information.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, trademarks, and software belong to Bingetrax or its licensors. Channel content is provided via licensed aggregators and is subject to separate copyrights. You are granted a personal, non-commercial, limited license to access and view the streams for your own entertainment only. Any unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.

9. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not own or control the broadcasted channels; we are an IPTV access provider only. It is your responsibility to ensure that the use of IPTV services is legal in your country of residence.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Bingetrax shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability is strictly limited to the amount you paid for your current subscription period.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately without prior notice if you breach these Terms, fail to make payment, or engage in abusive behaviour. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease, and no refund will be issued.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Northern Ireland and the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belfast, UK.
